The ABV-W 1200 Counting/Weighing Machine is equipped with 12 vibrating channels and 12 weighing buckets and is designed for counting resp. weighing nearly all industrial bakery products, such as  bread rolls, baguettes, donuts, croissants, as well as other products of the food industry.

The machine is characterized by excellent workmanship utilizing stainless steel and superior-grade plastics. Special features such as minimized drops and cushioned weighing buckets in a staggered position ensure that you obtain a machine without compromises to handle your product as gently as possible.

We have placed special emphasis on design for cleaning and simple maintenance to minimize downtime. Quickly removable distribution plates (without tools), vibration channels and weighing buckets are perfectly assembled in a stainless steel self-draining frame.

A High End Siemens S7 control unit regulates all machine functions and the 10" colour touch screen is the state-of- the-art communication panel for the operator.

The counting/weighing machine achieves speeds of up to 55* dumps per minute and can be synchronized with any established packaging machine on the market.
